DESCRIPTION:Maria BC\nOhio-born\, Oakland\, CA-based artist Maria BC (they/
 them) has slowly opened up their process over the years\, moving from the 
 one-room recording process of 2021 EP Devil’s Rain to the untreated apar
 tment wanderings of Hyaline in 2022\, the home of a family friend featurin
 g an out-of-tune baby Steinway piano where they recorded their Sacred Bone
 s debut\, Spike Field.\n\nEli Wewentxu & Indrė Jurgelevičiūtė\nAfter m
 eeting at Le Guess Who?\, Eli and Indré recorded their album Después de 
 llover.\nThe album is about musical conversations between two people who h
 ave only recently met\; they come from very different places\, do not spea
 k the same languages\, and perhaps have little in common other than the re
 sonance of their instruments. This encounter leads them to explore an imag
 inary world where they share sounds to build a place where they can go and
  play with the moisture of the plants growing in the water\, listen to the
  pudus playing with the herons\, rest on the floripondios\, and perhaps st
 ay there waiting for the rain to return.\n\nMapuche artist\, Eli Wewentxu
 \, is based in Chomio - Wallmapu. He trained as a violinist from an early 
 age and studied in various locations throughout Latin America and Europe. 
 Eli works in musical composition\, audiovisual creation\, and collecting s
 ound archives from the territory to which he belongs. He participates in v
 arious artistic and educational projects in Wallmapu that seek to create s
 paces for reflection and emotional processing in the face of the current p
 olitical and environmental crisis\, proposing listening as a daily practic
 e of dialogue with the living environment.\n\nIndrė Jurgelevičiūtė is 
 a kanklės player and singer from Lithuania\, based in Belgium. Often perf
 orming solo or as part of Merope—her long-standing collaboration with Be
 lgian guitarist and electronic artist Bert Cools— weaving together eleme
 nts of folk\, ambient and electronics\, their albums released on Stroom an
 d granvat. Indrė’s creative collaborations include works with artists s
 uch as Shahzad Ismaily\, Eli Wewentxu\, Jessika Kenney\, Surya Botofasina
 \, Laraaji\, Gyða Valtýsdóttir\, Solo Cissokho.\n\nDespués de llover c
