 m>Foundations of Cosmovision</em> is a four-part experiential journey thro
 ugh <strong>Earth\, Air\, Water and Fire</strong> — exploring the relati
 onship between nature\, body\, memory\, perception and consciousness.</p>
 \n<p>Each session focuses on one element and one dimension of the human ex
 perience: <strong>physical\, mental\, emotional and spiritual</strong>.</p
 >\n<p>Through <strong>guided shamanic journeying\, meditation\, embodied a
 wareness\, symbolic exploration\, creative practices and personal inquiry<
 /strong>\, participants are invited to encounter the elements within thems
 elves and discover their own perceptions\, images\, memories and intuitive
  responses.</p>\n<p>At the heart of the experience is <strong>Ayni — rec
 iprocity</strong>: an approach to knowledge based on relationship\, respec
 t\, responsibility and connection.</p>\n<p><em><strong>ONE JOURNEY · FOUR
  POSSIBILITIES</strong>: You do <strong>not need to attend all four sessio
 ns</strong>. Each workshop can be experienced independently\, according to
  your personal process and what you feel called to explore</em>&nbsp\;<em>
 or join the complete four-part journey as a practice of <strong>integratio
 n and continuity</strong>.</em></p>\n<p>The series is informed by Ximena X
 aguar’s extensive practice and&nbsp\;work with native healing arts&nbsp
 \;and facilitator of <strong>Sweatlodge ceremonies and ritual practices si
 nce 2008</strong>\, inspired by Andean and Amazonian approaches to natural
  medicine.</p>\n<p><em><strong>An invitation to reconnect and integrate wi
