  three friends with a passion for music met atMarshall University in 2020.
  Initially under the name Back Row Baptists\, Blake Lacy\, Noah Freeman\, 
 and Breb McCoy met in Huntington\, West Virginia\, and began writing and r
 ecording music together. The band released its first singles as a trio but
  found its footing in 2021 with two new members husband and wife Rachael a
 nd Jadon Hayes. Following the unexpected success of their debut self-title
 d album\, the band took to the road and began playing shows across the Eas
 tern United States. It was during this time that Kindred Valley began to f
 orm an identity and sound unique to itself\, one built on the ideas and sh
 ared experiences of each member. After releasing their EP What Was Left th
 e group continued to hone their craft writing songs and playing shows as o
