 sp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;An outdoor roofed Lapa with open sides situated in the M
 odderfontein Reserve at the picnic area.·&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbs
 p\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;3 x wooden tables with benches placed in the Lapa.·&nbsp
 \;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;No kitchen or basins.·&nbsp\;
 &nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Electrical power.·&nbsp\;&nbsp
 \;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Additional entrance fee into the Rese
 rve is applicable per person entering the Reserve.·&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&
 nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Lapa to be cleaned up after the function and le

 sp\;&nbsp\;No Alcohol is allowed in the Modderfontein Reserve and/or at th
 e Lapa.&nbsp\;The cost is R713 for weekdays\, weekends and public holidays
  excluding booking fees.&nbsp\;Fishing:Fishing Times: Monday – Sundays a
 nd Public Holidays: 06:00 – 18:00. The Reserve gate closes at 18:00.&nbs
 p\;Cost structure:&nbsp\;One Fishing Spot = 1 or 2 Anglers at R150 per ang
 ler. A maximum of 2 anglers is allowed per fishing spot and a maximum of 2
  rods per angler.&nbsp\;Non-Anglers - To pay a standard picnic fee of R50 
 per adult and R30 per child under 12. Tickets can be purchased online or a
 t the Kiosk at Taroko Farm or Taroko Modderfontein gate.&nbsp\;\nFishing a
 rea: Designated area at Fish Eagle Dam. There are 20 designated spots allo
 cated. 2 anglers can be accommodated in a spot\, with 2 rods per angler.&n
 bsp\;Anglers to ensure that they only make use of their allocated spot and
  casting across neighbouring spots is not allowed. This is to ensure that 
 everyone has equal access to the facility. Anyone contravening this will n
 ot be allowed to make use of the fishing area in the future.&nbsp\;Conduct
  Rules:\n\n\n\n&nbsp\;\nHandling of fish:\n\n\n\n&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Modderfonte
 in Reserve - Rules and Regulations&nbsp\;THE MAXIMUM SPEED LIMIT: Please t
 ake careful note of the speed limits applicable in the various areas of th
 e Reserve. Note that not all roads are accessible to caravans and/ or vehi
 cles exceeding a certain mass\, type or size.&nbsp\;THE CONSUMPTION OF ALC
 OHOL IN THE PARKING AREA IS PROHIBITED.&nbsp\;NO FIREARMS ARE ALLOWED IN T
 HE RESERVE.&nbsp\;NO UNAUTHORIZED VENDORS ARE ALLOWED IN THE RESERVE OR TA
 ROKO FARM.&nbsp\;ADHERE TO GATE TIMES: Gate times must be strictly adhered
  to. After-hours driving is not allowed and could result in a summons bein
 g issued.&nbsp\;DRIVING AREAS: Vehicles must remain on the designated road
 s at all times and off-road driving or driving on closed or no-entry roads
  is a serious offence.&nbsp\;FISHING ALLOWED: ONLY at Fish Eagle DAM 3. St
 rictly catch &amp\; release.&nbsp\;WALKING AREAS: Walking trails are provi
 ded throughout the Reserve and must be adhered to at all times so as to av
 oid disruption of vegetation and animal communities. Hiking fees must be p
 aid to make use of the trails.&nbsp\;DAMS: No swimming or entering the wat
 er.&nbsp\;FEEDING OF WILDLIFE IS PROHIBITED: The feeding or intentional di
 sturbance of wildlife is a serious offence. By feeding any wildlife you ar
 e potentially SIGNINGTHEIR DEATH WARRANT\, AS THEY MAY BECOME DEPENDENT ON
  HUMANS and can BECOME AGGRESSIVE AND DANGEROUS\, and thus HAVE TO BEEXTER
 MINATED. This includes all bird species.&nbsp\;FLORA &amp\; FAUNA: No plan
 t\, animal\, wildlife or any natural or cultural items may be removed from
  the Reserve without permission. To cut\, damage\, destroy or be in posses
 sion of any plant or part thereof\, including dry wood or firewood is a se
 rious offence. Importing of any specimen of an alien or listed invasive sp
