Slip on your dancing shoes and snazzyist of ou tfits\, and come party!\n\nSouth Beach Recycling (Deep House / Nu Jazz )\n \nSouth Beach Recycling has spent decades behind the decks\, building a so und rooted in deep house\, jazz\, disco and the tougher edges of undergrou nd club music. His sets move through deep house\, spiritual and Afro-influ enced grooves\, jazz-flecked electronics\, raw US house\, dubbed-out rhyth m and carefully chosen curveballs. Equally comfortable building a room ear ly or pushing a late-night floor\, he plays with the patience of a lifelon g collector rather than a playlist DJ.\n\nNo Leftovers (House / Disco / Ou ternational)\n\nYou might have seen him as 1/3 of Disco Juju or at their D isco Suburbia residency at Smokin' Aces\, playing global flavours that mak e your rear end wiggle!\n\nSince a more successful DJ stole their birth na me\, they're now playing under 'No Leftovers'. Expect a mixture of Electro nic music\, Outernational\, House and Disco.\n\nJuju Sam (Garage / Jungle / Bass)\n\nDesigner & Builder of the Hearing Colours Soundsystem\, Sam has spent years DJing & collecting records that span genres from World music \, to Carnival inspired rhythms\, UK bass\, Dancehall\, House\, Garage\, G rime\, Jungle and beyond. Blending sounds that focus on percussion & bass \, with a few curveballs to keep you on your toes!\n\nMoodz\n\nTo complime nt the sounds\, Moodz will be installing his beautiful vintage analogue oi l wheel projections to colour the space with soft focus and ever changing patterns.\n\nSaturday 3rd October:\n\n7pm - 12am\n\n£5 Earlybird / £8 Ge neral / £12 Door\n\nInstallment 2 of the weekend will see 3 very special acts of live experimental electronic music all performed on hardware. Synt hs\, drum machines\, mixers\, mpcs\, a drum kit\, bass guitar\, and modula r synths\, to name a few bits of kit you will see on the night!\n\nSecond Nature Collective (Live)\n\nThe second nature project was started back in 1998 by Trevor Loveys and Friends with a shared love of Deep House\, Hip H op\, Jazz\, Funk and Soul. Releasing their music productions on various la bels in the 90's and early 2000's\, they're back in the studio to work on new music\, this time\, Trevor and long time friend and music producer Sha ne Clowery (Crease) are also working with Drummer Chris 'the drum' Edwards . Their sound draws influences from their early hip hop electro beginnings through the summer of love into the deeper 90's grooves.\n\nThis live act with drums has not yet been seen or heard in Bournemouth\, and isn't one to be missed.\n\nSwn Da-Da (Live)\n\nSwn Da-Da is an experimental electron ic music project from West Wales\, creating raw\, improvised performances blending deep house\, ambient electronics\, live drum loops\, psychedelic trance states and analogue experimentation.\n\nBuilt using synthesizers\, samplers\, drum machines\, live bass and effects\, each performance is imp rovised in the moment - allowing rhythm\, texture and happy accidents to s hape the music. There are no fixed tracks or rehearsed arrangements\; the music evolves live\, with machines and musicians responding to each other. \n\nInfluenced by Dadaism\, sound system culture and the wild Welsh landsc ape\, Swn Da-Da explores the space between electronic music and live perfo rmance - physical\, hypnotic and deliberately unpredictable.\n\nEach Swn D a-Da performance is entirely unique\, created live in the moment and never to be repeated. Come and join us on a journey of discovery as the music s hapes the moment and the moment shapes the music! Ymlaen! Onwards!\n\nOwt- Haus (Live)\n\nOwt-Haus can often be found pushing buttons and twisting kn obs\, creating noises to bother the silk spinning co-habitors of a decayin g brick building\; 'out the back'.\n\nAfter eons of trying out relationshi ps with kit combinations\, he is travelling to this event armed with a Mic rofreak\, MAM NM33 synth modules\, a Polyend tracker and vinyl samples on a technics 1210\n\nExpect odd electronic sounds\, wavy melodic grooves\, a nd repetitive bumpy basslines.\n\nMoodz\n\nTo compliment the sounds\, Mood z will be installing his beautiful vintage analogue oil wheel projections to colour the space with soft focus and ever changing patterns.\n\nSunday 4th October:\n\n1pm - 7pm\n\n£5 Earlybird / £8 General / £12 Door\n\nNo Borders Takeover\n\nRounding off the weekend at Patch\, we will be handing the keys over to 'NoBorders' for a super relaxed Sunday session filled wi th ambient sounds and textures with a nod to Middle Eastern flavours. Rela x into the day with album plays\, balearic sounds\, global fusions\, and s pecial live performances.\n\nTo accompany the days music we will have Goan -inspired small plates and a chai bar.\n\nRob Da Bank (Ambient DJ set)\n\n Rob da Bank is a DJ\, broadcaster\, and co-founder of the award-winning Be stival and Camp Bestival. For over a decade on BBC Radio 1\, he has champi oned the absolute best in left-field electronica and ambient music\, famou sly steering the late-night airwaves on The Blue Room. As the mastermind b ehind the Sunday Best record label\, he has spent nearly thirty years shap ing the UK's alternative electronic scene. For this appearance\, Rob retur ns to his deepest musical roots to deliver a spellbinding\, deep ambient D J set - weaving together immersive soundscapes\, hypnotic chill-out tracks \, and cinematic ambients.\n\nJames E Burton (Live Album Play - Atlas Run) \n\nJames E Burton is a South Coast-based self-producing artist whose musi c drifts between downtempo\, ambient\, sample-based lo-fi and electronica. Originally a guitarist and long-time member of various bands\, James now works predominantly as a solo artist\, combining live instrumentation with synths\, samples\, field recordings and found sounds.\n\nHis influences a re deliberately wide-ranging\, from a teenage love of late-80s and 90s DIY indie to a deeper fascination with Americana\, jazz\, folk\, Afrobeat and Brazilian music\, alongside sample-based lo-fi\, electronica and countles s other sounds picked up along the way. His sound is constantly evolving\, and he has little interest in pinning it down to one particular style.\n \nAtlas Run is his latest album and sees him return to the independent app roach where it all began. Reflecting a period of personal change against t he backdrop of a fleeting English summer\, the album unfolds from dawn to dusk\, blending Balearic textures\, downtempo grooves and ambient moments into a loose musical journey about moving forward and finding peace.\n\nHa ram Tapes (Live)\n\nHaram Tapes is a collaborative project from Sumatran B lack & Campari Safari whose sounds draw on Muslimgauze\, Coil\, William Ba sinski\, Vangelis\, Aphex Twin\, Gas and BOC\, with newer material drawing on Dean Blunt and Basinski's Disintegration Loops and the Water album.\n \nAfter releasing two tapes on Italo Italians\, a label based in Perugia\, with Album 3 pencilled for 2027\, each release was promoted and distribut ed DIY through mail and digital. A small niche fanbase was built and nurtu red through admiration of other ambient and experimental musicians djs wri ters and promoters.\n\nCovered by Pitchfork in "How Musicians Are Using Fi eld Recordings to Capture the Politics of Place\," which described the pro ject as offering "shadowy musical discourse on the displacement of people" and highlighted the track "Mohammed's Reflection"\n\nTheir music is descr ibed as heavily manipulated field recordings\, eyewitness interviews\, and ominously sculptured beats\, all recorded by contributors outside their c ountry of origin.\n\nMicky Browne (DJ set)\n\nHead Honcho of NoBorders\, D J\, musical curator and connector of people.
