DESCRIPTION:<p>Join me in Zürich’s Käferberg Forest for a special guid
 ed experience as part of the <strong>International Forest Bathing &amp\; S
 oundwalk Weekend</strong>\, a global collaboration between the Association
  of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs (ANFT) and Quiet Parks I
 nternational (QPI).</p>\n<p><strong>Guided by Dr. Rashel “TrekHer” Wil
 son\, PhD scientist and certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide.</strong
 ></p>\n<p>On September 12 &amp\; 13\, guides and communities around the wo
 rld will be inviting people to <strong>Listen to the Living World</strong>
 &nbsp\;through Forest Bathing experiences and Soundwalks. I’ll be guidin
 g our Zürich experience on Sunday morning at Käferberg.</p>\n<p><strong>
 What will we do?</strong></p>\n<p>Over approximately 2¼ hours\, I’ll gu
 ide you through a series of sensory Nature and Forest Therapy invitations\
 , periods of intentional listening\, and a Soundwalk through the forest.</
 p>\n<p>This is not a hike\, and we won't be covering a large distance. The
  focus is on experiencing the forest through the senses\, noticing the sou
 nds and other elements of the environment\, and having time for your own e
 xperience rather than trying to reach a destination.</p>\n<p>There will be
  opportunities to share observations with the group\, but sharing is alway
 s optional.</p>\n<p>We’ll finish our morning together with tea and a sma
 ll snack.</p>\n<p><strong>Who is this for?</strong></p>\n<p>No previous ex
 perience with Forest Bathing\, Nature Therapy\, Soundwalking\, or meditati
 on is needed. This experience is open to adults aged 18+.</p>\n<p><strong>

 e for the weather and bring water. We will be on natural forest paths with
  some uneven terrain. The event will take place rain or shine unless condi
