 ism has imperceptibly entered Japan's economy\, escalated by the weak yen.
  This course asks what is a tourist\, what are holidays\, and notes the tr
 end away from mass tourism. Edo is introduced as an example of an ecologic
 al city. What are our ideal resorts? The teacher prepares handouts to star
 t off each class. Students are encouraged to do their own research and to 
 contribute to the class. There is ample time for group discussion and a ch
 ance for role-play: how to solve problems such as over-tourism and the eff
 ects of day tripping in a Kamakura Case Study ※講義は英語で行い
