 em></p>\n<p><em>With Flex-Tickets\, you pay a small surcharge and can canc
 el your ticket up to a deadline. The deadline is displayed when you buy a 
 Flex-Ticket. The refund is processed automatically by Eventfrog.</em></p>
 \n<p><em>If the event is cancelled by the organizer\, you get the standard
  ticket price back. Flex surcharge and ticket insurance are non-refundable
 . The refund is either processed automatically\, or manually by the organi
 zer.</em></p>\n<p><em>Other cases are not covered by the organizer. If you
  don't want to lose your money in case of sickness\, transport issues etc 
 – please consider purchasing the Eventfrog ticket insurance for you and 
 your partner when you buy the tickets! It is included by default. Read the
