 at a year 6 parent\, Veronica Jovanovic\, is required to sign an Event Agr
 eement with Ottimo House on behalf of all families and is the main contact
  for the Year 6 Graduation Event (the Event). \n \nI acknowledge and accep
 t the “Conditions of Attendance” below and “Ottimo House Rules” on
  behalf of myself and each person under the age of 18 for whom I book a ti
 cket.\n \nConditions of Attendance:\n \nBy purchasing a ticket and attendi
 ng the Event\, you confirm that you agree to these Conditions of Attendanc
 e.\n \n1.         Responsibility & Risk\nYou accept all risks of your chil
 d attending the Event. \nYou are responsible for any damage\, loss or cost
 s directly caused by your child.\nIf damage\, loss or costs cannot be link
 ed to a specific child\, all parents will be required to proportionally sh
 are the cost.\n \n2.         Indemnity \nBy buying a ticket\, you agree to
  indemnify (financially protect) and keep indemnified Veronica Jovanovic. 
 This means that if she is held responsible for any claim\, cost\, loss\, o
 r damage related to the Event\, you (along with all other parents):\n-    
           must cover those costs\, even if you were not personally at faul
 t\; and \n-              must reimburse Veronica Jovanovic\, promptly. \n 
 \n3.         Limits on responsibility\nTo the fullest extent permitted by 
 law\, you agree that Ottimo House and Veronica Jovanovic are not responsib
 le for:\n-        harm\, injury or illness\;\n-        loss of or damage t
 o personal belongings\; and\n-        other losses connected to the Event.
 \n \nTo the fullest extent permitted by law\, all liability for negligence
  and any indirect or unexpected losses are excluded.\n \n4.         Entry 
 Requirements for children:\nBefore being allowed entry\, your child must:
 \n-        be signed in by a parent or guardian\;\n-        present a vali
 d ticket\; and\n-        follow the directions of staff and parent helpers
  at the Event.\n \n5.         Behaviour Rules\nOttimo House may require yo
 u or your child to leave if behaviour:\n-        causes disruption\;\n-   
      affects safety\; or\n-        puts other people at risk of harm or in
 jury. \n  \nOTTIMO HOUSE RULES - IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL GUESTS: \n\n Thes
 e rules must be shared with all attendees prior to the function\, in addit
 ion Ottimo House will display the House Rules at the entrance of the venue
 .\n\nBurn outs are strictly forbidden\, all cars entering the property wil
 l logged and number plates taken. Any damage to other vehicles or injuries
  incurred from failure to abide by this rule will be reported to the polic
 e along with the number plate of the offending individual.\n\nParents are 
 welcome to come to the venue to take photos prior to the formal however th
 ey WILL NOT be allowed on property and will need to remain in the car park
  area – only students\, teachers and parents that are attending the even
 t will be allowed onto the venue. \n\nFor your safety and the safety of yo
 ur guests\, once you enter the venue you must stay inside the venue premis
 es at all times\, this includes the outside deck of The Marquee.\nAny gues
 ts who leave the premises will not be allowed re-entry under any circumsta
 nces.\n\nThere is no service of alcohol to students or their partners. No 
 exceptions.\nAny guest found in possession of alcohol will be removed from
  the venue.\nAny guest under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be
  allowed entry into the venue. Management discretion exercised.\nAny guest
 s found in the possession of drugs or banned substances will be dealt with
  directly by the police.\nSmoking and Vapes are not permitted in the venue
 \, this includes restrooms. Anyone caught smoking or vaporing in the venue
  will be removed.\n\nOttimo House have a ZERO tolerance to disruptive or a
 busive behavior. Management has the right to exercise their judgement on t
 his matter. Anyone found to be acting in a disruptive or abusive manner wi
 ll be removed from the venue. Failure to comply will result in police invo
 lvement.\n\nGlassware is not permitted on the dancefloor.\n\nShoes must be
  worn at all times in the venue – we recommend the ladies bring a second
  pair of flat shoes for dancing.\n\nOttimo House requests that students re
 spect our neighbors when leaving the premises. All students are required t
 o leave in a quiet and orderly manner.  Tooting horns upon departure is st
