 .\n\nFrom September 8 to 12\, 2027\, Hamburg will once again host the worl
 d’s biggest triathlon event. By staging the Grand Finals for the very fi
 rst time\, the city will become the centre of international elite triathlo
 n for five unforgettable days.\nTwenty years after hosting its first World
  Championship event\, the city on the Elbe will once again welcome the wor
 ld’s best triathletes. Following the World Championships in 2007 and 202
 3\, the 2027 edition marks the next milestone in Hamburg’s triathlon his
 tory\, featuring the season finale and all world title decisions in one sp
 ectacular event week.\nMore than 500\,000 spectators lining the compact ci
 ty-centre courses around Rathausmarkt\, Jungfernstieg and the Alster highl
 ight the extraordinary scale and atmosphere of the event. Over the course 
 of the week\, more than 16\,000 participants\, alongside support staff\, o
 fficials and guests from over 80 nations\, are expected in Hamburg.\nHambu
 rg 2027 will crown the World Champions in Elite\, U23\, Junior\, Para tria
 thlon and Age-Group categories. Registration for the Age-Group World Champ
 ionships races — Sprint\, Standard\, Mixed Relay and Aquabike — will o
 pen in September 2026.\nTraditionally\, the SUZUKI World Triathlon Hamburg
  presented by HAMBURG WASSER will also host the Sprint and Standard Distan
 ce Open Races\, which will celebrate their 25th anniversary in 2027. Onlin
