 road Scots Folk/Singer Songwriter style that brought him to work with the 
 likes of Karine Polwart\, Beth Nielsen Chapman\, Ewan McGregor\, to write 
 for Steve Knightley\, and open for heavyweights like Van Morrison\, Deacon
