 \, The Supremes\, Barry White\, Whitney Houston\, Tina Turner and others. 
 The early Motown songs are upbeat hand-clapping tunes about romance\, love
 \, friendship and that's what the show is all about: joy\, hope\, upliftin
 g entertainment. The later numbers are love songs and about happier times.
  The musicality of some of the songs are uncomplicated but have meaningful
  lyrics. Perhaps that's why they became classic hits in a golden age of mu
 sic. The underlying theme of the show is about coming together\, loving on
 e another\, and helping make the world a better place. Uplifting music tha
 t touches your soul!
