DESCRIPTION:Guildford Card Show is back! We will be hosting some of the bes
 t UK trading card vendors at Surrey Sports Park (GU2 7AD) on Saturday 19th
  of December 2026. We have moved to a bigger hall with more space for ever
 yone and with 120 tables its set to be a fantastic event! We can't wait fo

 ly Entry: £12 General Admission: £10 Afternoon: £6 Children Under 5 yea
 rs old go free but a free ticket must still be purchased for each child so
  we can monitor the capacity. Children must be accompanied at all times by
  an adult with their own Early\, General or Afternoon access ticket. Carer
 s Ticket - Free. Carer ticket is only valid when accompanying the disabled
  ticket holder who needs to have their own Early\, General or Afternoon ac
 cess ticket. Please bring relevant documentation when picking up your pass
 es to the event. If the disabled attendee cannot attend\, the carer ticket
  is invalid and must be re-booked as a standard ticket. Documentation for 
 proof of Carers (This list is not exhaustive but includes common examples)
  only one piece of evidence needs to be provided from the list below. Care
 r's Allowance award letter: If you receive Carer's Allowance\, the award l
 etter is clear evidence of your role. Carer's Credit certificate: This is 
 another official document that can be used as proof. Proof from healthcare
  professionals such as a letter from a GP. Local carer's card: Many local 
 authorities or carer support organizations offer a carer's card\, which ac
 ts as a form of ID for shops and attractions. National Carers Card Careers
  Passport Blue Badge Access Card with +1 symbol denoting need support of a
  carer What you can find at the event: Popular trading card games such as 
 Pokemon\, One Piece\, Disney Lorcana\, Yugioh\, MTG\, Sports and more! Par
 king and getting to the venue: Plenty of parking onsite for vendors and gu
 ests\, there are two main car parks by the Surrey Sports Park building (on
 e directly in front and the overflow carpark to the left as you look at th
 e building). If those car parks are full there is also the Manor Park Car 
 Park a short walk down the road from SSP. Visitors must pay the tariff cha
 rges as displayed on car park signage. For the two car parks adjacent to S
 SP these are chargeable as per the below tariff: Up to 90 minutes FREE Up 
 to 2 hours £2.40 Up to 3 hours £3.60 Up to 4 hours £4.80 Over 4 hours 
 £10.80 Charges above are based on total time on site from entry to exit\,
  and visitors will be required to pay the corresponding tariff if their st
 ay exceeds the free or lower cost time bands. The tariff for Manor car par
 k by the Nursery is as follows: 1st hour is free\, then it’s £2 for up 
 to 12 hours. There is also a wide variety of public transport links with b
 uses direct from the town centre to the venue and Guildford Train Station 
 is 1.5 miles away or approximately 30 minutes walk or short Uber/Taxi ride
 . Food and Drink Lord Falafel Food Van on site throughout the day offering
  hot food\, Vegan\, Vegetarian\, Meat and Halal options available. There i
 s a café onsite open from 8am until 6pm on the 1st floor that serves hot

 ... Cancellations/Refunds No refunds are accepted for tickets unless Guild
 ford Card Show has to be cancelled or rescheduled. In the event of a event
  cancellation customers will receive a refund. If a event is rescheduled a
 ll tickets will be moved to the new date but a refund can be requested via
  your Fatsoma account if you are unable to make the new date. Refunds will
  be for the full face value of the ticket minus the booking fee which is n
