 h\n\nNestervals Eldorado macht queere Geschichte als Erlebnis begehbar. Au
 ch Archive sind ein wichtiger Ort\, an dem diese Geschichte greifbar wird.
  \n\nWie funktioniert ein queeres Archiv – und wie findet man darin\, wo
 nach man sucht? Nach einem kurzen Input zu Funktion\, Geschichte und Aufba
 u der Sammlung des Schwulen Museums geht es praktisch weiter: In kleinen G
 ruppen ordnen die Teilnehmenden anhand einer „Mixkiste“ selbst Artikel
 \, Flyer und andere Materialien zu. Anschließend stellt der Workshop Rech
 erchestrategien und Findmittel vor\, mit denen sich in Kleingruppen eine e
 igene kleine Forschungsfrage bearbeiten lässt. Schließlich geht es gemei
 nsam ins Archiv\, um einige Originalmaterialien auszuheben. Zum Abschluss 
 bleibt Raum\, sich über die Erfahrungen beim Archivieren und Recherchiere

 makes queer history something you can step into and experience. Archives\,
  too\, are an important place where this history becomes tangible.\nThis w
 orkshop introduces research and archival work with the collection of the S
 chwules Museum. We begin with a short introduction on the questions of wha
 t functions an archive has\, what makes our archive special\, and how it i
 s organised. We also offer a small insight into the history of the collect
 ion\, including an overview of the finding aids and the thematic collectio
 n. Then it gets practical: in small groups\, participants can try archivin
 g for themselves. They receive a “mixed box” and sort articles\, flyer
 s\, and other materials. After a short break\, we switch perspectives and 
 present research strategies and possible finding aids. In small groups\, p
 articipants can use the finding aids to research a small research question
  of their own. Finally\, we go into the archive together and retrieve some
  of the materials. Together\, we then share our experiences of archiving a
