ht multi-instrumentalist and lifelong crafter\, Sophie fuses music\, hand
made puppets\, and razor-sharp comedy into a tiny felt universe that’s
entirely her own - a world where the rolly backpack kids win\, the weird
girls get the encore\, and every uncomfortable feeling gets purged by mak
ing things with your hands.

doubt\, the quiet shame of being a little too much or not enough for the
room. It's pop music as a mission of un-embarrassment\, acceptance of eve
ry version of you. The title itself is self-aware. We can’t have good w
ithout bad\, pretty without ugly\, a version of yourself you like without
a version you don’t. You can’t split a worm. (contrary to popular be
lief\, the worm just dies.)
