 dstock (née Lynagh) is an ‘exciting and passionate’ pianist who has b
 een in demand for some twenty years for her ability to perform and accompa
 ny with accuracy and insightful musicianship. \n\nCatherine is a versatile
  performer who regularly performs for Opera Queensland\, The Queensland Ch
 oir\, Queensland Symphony Orchestra Chamber Concerts\, the Redland Sinfoni
 a\, 4MBS Festival of Classics and for jazz and crossover artists such as T
 yrone Noonan and Suellen Cusack. She holds degrees from the University of 
 Southern Queensland and the Queensland Conservatorium (Griffith University
 ) and has studied piano with Kevin Power\, Wendy Lorenz\, Natasha Vlassenk
 o\, Oleg Stepanov and masterclasses with Cedric Tiberghien and Roger Woodw
 ard.\n\nABOUT SUSAN ELLIS\nSusan Ellis is an Australian soprano and creati
 ve artist whose work moves fluidly between contemporary performance\, poet
 ry\, and new music. Known for her expressive storytelling and versatility
 \, she has premiered roles such as Medea in Medea a Melodrama\, Mary Gilmo
 re in Vincent Plush’s The Plaint of Mary Gilmore\, and Elizabeth Woodvil
 le in A.D.K. Voltz’s The True Story of the Princes in the Tower.\n\nA gr
 aduate of the ANU\, where she completed her MMus with distinction\, Susan 
 has been recognised with the CAPO Fellowship\, the Singapore Airlines Trav
 elling Scholarship\, and the Kornfeld Scholarship. She performs regularly 
 with Opera Queensland in both roles and concert work and has collaborated 
 with orchestras across Australia. Her work has included artistic developme
 nt and collaborations in Italy\, England\, China and Germany\, experiences
  that continue to inform her contemporary Australian practice.\nAs vocalis
 t with the Griffyn Ensemble\, she has appeared in broadcasts for ABC Class
 ic and toured nationally with Musica Viva\, contributing to the ensemble
 ’s reputation for adventurous\, theatrical collaborations and bold Austr
 alian storytelling. Her recent solo projects include the premiere of five 
 songs by Graeme Denniss with Redlands Sinfonia\, recorded on This Red Land
 .\nIn Melbourne\, Susan brings her love of text\, voice\, and contemporary
  Australian storytelling to the stage\, weaving poetry and music into an i
