 t is a concert series dedicated to electroacoustic and experimental music
 \, sound art\, and hybrid live practices—with a focus on artists connect
 ed to the Iranian and SWANA diaspora.\n\nThe project doesn’t aim to cons
 truct belonging. It starts from a shared condition many artists work throu
 gh: not fully fitting into scenes\, markets\, or fixed identities.\n\nRath
 er than treating this as lack\, the series approaches it as a productive f
 orce. A space where dislocation\, rupture\, and difference shape the work 
 itself.\n\nAcross live sets and audiovisual performances\, the program bri
 ngs together voices that resist easy categorization—too unstable\, too p
 ersonal\, too “unmarketable” for conventional circuits.\n\nFrequencies
  of Displacement doesn't try to resolve these tensions. It stays inside th
