 G is the Naarm/Melbourne-based electronic duo of Lauren Squire and Matthew
  Wilson\, a quietly influential force in the global underground. Their hyb
 rid live process maps intricate analog hardware into flexible digital work
 flows\, producing a genre-agnostic sound that moves between spacious atmos
 pherics\, flow-state IDM and hypnotic techno minimalism\, driven by heavy 
 dub pressure and syncopated breaks. Marking a decade of collaboration\, th
 ey launched their own label\, GEKO\, in 2026\, following acclaimed release
 s on Kalahari Oyster Cult\, Midgar Records and NAFF\, including the Serpen
 tine EP with Canadian producer Priori\, which introduced their weightless 
 yet propulsive "feather-tech" style. After a year of hardware sets at Hors
 t Arts & Music\, Draaimolen\, Monument Festival\, Fold and Garage Noord\, 
 the duo is now on a multi-continental tour with stops at New York's Sustai
 n-Release\, Brooklyn's Public Records and ADE\, culminating in a headline 
 slot in MUTEK MX's Nocturne program in Mexico City.\n\nCiel is a Xi'an-bor
 n\, Toronto-based producer\, DJ\, classically trained pianist and promoter
 . Her sound pairs the softer\, dreamier edges of electronic music (lush am
 bient textures\, intricate New Age melodies) with fierce rhythmic foundati
 ons. Robust basslines and the skip of UK bass\, speed garage\, broken-beat
  techno and jungle breaks drive it forward\, and the result feels both nos
 talgic and forward-facing. She has released on Peach Discs\, Spectral Soun
 d and !K7\, and runs her own Toronto label\, Parallel Minds. Her 2023 debu
 t album Homesick includes "Bamboo\," which won Underground Dance Single of
  the Year at the 2025 Juno Awards. She also co-leads Loopchasers\, a high-
 speed studio project with Montreal producer Priori. A longtime part of the
  MUTEK family\, she went from her first live performance at MUTEK Montréa
 l to touring audio-visual live sets across its global editions. She has al
 so played Draaimolen\, Dimensions and Movement Detroit\, along with club d
 ates at fabric\, Robert Johnson\, Smartbar and Berghain's Panorama Bar.\n
 \nHiroki is a Toronto-based producer\, DJ and dancer who has become an ess
 ential figure in Canada's underground electronic community. He translates 
 physical dancefloor movement into hypnotic studio logic. His sound draws o
 n low-slung dub pressure\, stripped-back minimal grooves and leftfield tec
 hno\, and he skips traditional club formulas in favour of unconventional t
 extures and subtle late-night psychedelia that keep the floor moving. A fi
 xture on the regional circuit\, he provided DJ support for Ciel's hardware
  live PA debut and has played standout sets at Cloud 9 Festival and a gold
 en-hour showcase at the beachside BOOT festival campout. He also plays lat
 e-night takeovers at Montréal's Parquette and headlines the art-driven Ar
 t Show Near Me series at Sounds Good and Standard Time in Toronto.\n\nwabi
  is a Toronto-based arts and electronic music crew that has been a foundat
 ional pillar of the Canadian underground since 1999. Guided by their "aura
 l.visual.spatial" philosophy\, they turn unconventional local spaces into 
 immersive sensory environments\, pairing the hypnotic architectures of min
 imal techno\, IDM and leftfield electronics with cutting-edge visual proje
 ction art. Anchored by resident DJs nitsuji\, otaku\, ozawa and taskone\, 
 the crew recently marked their 25th anniversary with a showcase and retros
 pective archive exhibition at Standard Time on Geary Avenue. They also lau
 nched their own wabi record label\, debuting with Adam Marshall's Sordino 
 EP. Over the years they have brought international icons to the region in 
 rogue spaces and staged an all-night ambient takeover for MULTIfest and Nu
