 che Arbeit für die Sophiensæle: Nestervals Eldorado. Im Zentrum steht di
 e queere Geschichte im Berliner Scheunenviertel und rund um die Sophiensæ
 le während der NS-Diktatur. Inspiriert von den Biografien schwuler\, lesb
 ischer\, bisexueller und trans* Menschen\, die systematisch verfolgt und e
 rmordet wurden\, verweben Nesterval Fiktion und Wirklichkeit gekonnt zu ei
 ner berührenden Erzählung.\n\nEine Produktion von Nesterval in Koprodukt

 he Vienna-based troupe Nesterval makes their Berlin debut with Nestervals 
 Eldorado\, a site-specific work developed for Sophiensæle. Set in and aro
 und the Sophiensæle bulding complex and Berlin’s Scheunenviertel neighb
 orhood\, the piece center’s on the city’s queer history before and dur
 ing Nazi rule. Inspired by the biographies of gay\, lesbian\, bisexual\, a
 nd trans people who were systematically persecuted and murdered at the han
 d of the Nazi regime\, Nesterval artfully weaves fiction and reality into 
 a poignant\, deeply moving story.\n\nA production by Nesterval in co-produ
