 Beneath its elegant wit and sparkling score lies one of Mozart’s most pr
 ovocative works. Così fan tutte is not simply a farce about romantic mix-
 ups\; it is a searching meditation on human nature\, trust\, and epistemol
 ogy. With disarming humor and emotional precision\, the opera asks uncomfo
 rtable questions: Are we as constant as we believe? Is love a matter of pr
 inciple or circumstance? And what do we really discover when we test the p
