DESCRIPTION:Making butter is easier than you might think\, and it’s more
  economical too! All you need is cream and a bit of patience—and honestl
 y\, you don’t even really need the patience.\n                 
           \n \nMilk solids and whey can be used together or separate
 ly. Separate them\, and you get butter and buttermilk. Butter can also be 
 turned into ghee\, which is great for cooking because it’s healthier tha
 n some oils\, adds the richness of butter\, and has a high smoke point. An
 d all you need to make ghee is butter.\n              \nWe’ll sh
 ow you how to turn regular cream into delicious butter and fresh buttermil
 k. Once you’ve mastered that\, we’ll guide you through adding flavors 
 to your butter and wrapping it for storage. Everyone will head home with f
 reshly made butter to enjoy with the family.\nAll materials will be suppli
 ed.  So all you need to bring is your creative mind.  We’ll have plent
 y of nibblies and snacks\, along with a selection of curated cocktails and
  local beers to enjoy. Snack boards can be purchased with your tickets\, a
 nd drinks cocktails will be available all night.\nAt Sammie’s Cafe\, we
 ’re creating a welcoming space for multimedia artists to connect\, colla
 borate\, and share their expertise\, building a lively learning community.
