tted to supporting sustainable and like-minded local purveyors. We create
approachable dishes with unique touches\, often inspired by time spent in
nature. Whether it be a trip to the farmer’s market\, a walk through the

kitchen yet drawn to the outdoors\, chef Krista Poly shares and explores t
he art of cooking through the beauty of fresh ingredients- combining a ble
nd of culinary inspiration with a deep appreciation for the natural world.
