 rmission\, cardiac surgeon and pianist Dr. Marc Ruel joins the orchestra f
 or Beethoven’s monumental Piano Concerto No. 5\, “Emperor.”\nPresent
 ed in support of the University of Ottawa Heart Institute Foundation\, The
  Measure of Us brings together music\, medicine and community in support o
