 nEach attendee voluntarily accepts and assumes the risks associated with e

 hold harmless the Indian Society of Calgary\, Genesis Centre\, and their r
 espective directors\, officers\, employees\, volunteers\, contractors\, pe
 rformers\, food providers\, vendors\, sponsors\, representatives\, agents\
 , affiliates and successors—collectively\, the “Released Parties”—
 from claims\, demands\, damages\, losses\, expenses or liabilities arising
  from or connected with attendance at the event.\nThis includes\, to the f
 ullest extent legally permitted\, claims relating to personal injury\, ill
 ness\, food consumption\, allergic reactions\, property loss or damage\, t
 he conduct of other attendees or independent third parties\, and the ordin
 ary negligence of a Released Party.\nNothing in these terms excludes or li
 mits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.\nFood\, Allergi
 es and Dietary Requirements\nDinner may be prepared or served by independe
 nt food-service providers. Although reasonable care may be taken\, the org
 anizer cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or prevent cross-cont
 act with nuts\, dairy\, gluten\, eggs\, soy or other allergens.\nGuests wi
 th allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for making appropriat
 e inquiries and determining whether any food is safe for them to consume. 
 The organizer cannot guarantee that every dietary requirement will be acco
 mmodated.\nHealth and Medical Emergencies\nAttendees are responsible for d
 etermining whether they are medically able to attend safely and for taking
  appropriate precautions regarding medical conditions\, allergies\, mobili
 ty requirements and other individual needs.\nIf an attendee becomes ill or
  injured\, event personnel may contact emergency services. Any resulting m
 edical\, ambulance or related expenses remain the attendee’s responsibil
 ity.\nChildren and Supervision\nChildren must remain under the direct supe
 rvision of a parent\, legal guardian or responsible adult at all times. Th
 e accompanying adult is responsible for the child’s conduct\, safety and
  compliance with event and venue rules.\nA person purchasing or obtaining 
 a ticket for a minor confirms that they are the minor’s parent or legal 
 guardian\, or have authorization from the parent or legal guardian to acco
 mpany the minor.\nConduct and Venue Rules\nAttendees must comply with appl
 icable laws\, Genesis Centre policies and reasonable instructions from eve
 nt staff.\nThe organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove\, wi
 thout refund\, anyone engaging in unsafe\, disruptive\, abusive\, intoxica
 ted\, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate conduct.\nAttendees are re
 sponsible for injury\, damage\, loss or expense caused by their own unlawf
 ul\, reckless\, negligent or intentional conduct. To the fullest extent pe
 rmitted by law\, attendees agree to indemnify the Released Parties against
  third-party claims arising from such conduct.\nPersonal Belongings\nGuest
 s are responsible for their personal belongings. To the fullest extent per
 mitted by law\, the Released Parties are not responsible for lost\, stolen
 \, misplaced or damaged items\, including belongings left unattended in se
 ating\, dining\, parking or other event areas.\nPhotography and Recording\
 nPhotography\, video and audio recording will occur during the event. By a
 ttending\, guests consent to being incidentally photographed or recorded a
 nd to the reasonable use of those images or recordings by the Indian Socie
 ty of Calgary for promotional\, archival\, reporting and community-engagem
 ent purposes\, without compensation.\nGuests with concerns should notify t
 he registration desk upon arrival. Reasonable efforts may be made to accom
 modate such requests\; however\, exclusion from crowd or background footag
 e cannot be guaranteed.\nProgram and Event Changes\nThe event schedule\, p
 erformances\, artists\, activities\, seating arrangements\, décor and men
 u are subject to change when reasonably necessary and without prior notice
 .\nIf the event is delayed\, interrupted\, postponed or cancelled due to c
 ircumstances beyond the organizer’s reasonable control—including sever
 e weather\, public emergency\, government restrictions\, venue closure\, u
 tility failure\, labour disruption or performer unavailability—tickets w
 ill remain valid for a rescheduled date or other options will be communica
 ted to ticket holders.\nThe organizer is not responsible for incidental ex
 penses such as transportation\, accommodation\, parking\, childcare or los
 t income.\nGoverning Law and Acceptance\nThese terms are governed by the l
 aws of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada.\nPurchasing\, receiving\
