 ater than usual)\nJoin us for Spontaneous Sundays at the clubhouse of the 
 oldest theatre society in South Africa.\nIt will be a night of laughs\, sp
 ontaneous creativity\, and new friends.\nThere will be facilitated games t
 o get to know each other and sharpen our senses as well as traditional Imp
 rov theatre games and exercises for all levels.\nThis is a chance to immer
 se yourself in the present moment. To let go of expectations and fear and 
 build your confidence in a welcoming and friendly environment.\nThis is a 
 participatory evening\, but you are welcome to come and watch if you want 
 to see what it is about first.\n*The Last Sunday of Every Month will be a 
 musical themed session where we use music to guide the scenes.\nDate: Week

 to the spontaneous nature of Improv\, things may be said or done that trig
 ger some individuals.It is ok to be triggered and the facilitators are the
 re to support you if this comes up.We also ask that you feel confident ste
 pping into this unknown environment where (almost) anything can happen\, b
