 D\, you may reserve a seat in the ballroom (for example by leaving your co
 at on it) and then eat elsewhere. If you wish to eat\, please ensure that 
 you arrive in plenty of time to order and eat your food.* Please do not sa
 ve seats for other people unless they will be arriving before the start of
  the live music at 8pm. If there is a particular problem please let us kno
 w\, otherwise we reserve the right to give these seats to people who are a
 lready there and who would otherwise have to stand (see below).* There is 
 a low step at the entrance to The Ivy House\, and after that the venue is 
 all on level ground. There is a disabled toilet in the ballroom where the 
 concert will be held.* If you are in a wheelchair\, please let us know IN 
 ADVANCE and we can reserve a space for you.* THIS EVENT IS PART SEATED\, P
 ART STANDING.* If you or a member of your party must have a seat due to di
 sability\, PLEASE EITHER ARRIVE WHEN THE DOOR OPENS AT 7PM\, OR ELSE LET U
 S KNOW IN ADVANCE GIVING THE REASON WHY A SEAT IS NEEDED. Sorry\, but we c
 annot undertake to reserve seats for anybody other than the person with a 
 disability.* Please do not bring in seats or stools from other parts of th
 e venue\, as these are needed for other customers of the pub. We also need
  to keep enough space at the back of the room for people who are standing.
 * Please be aware that whilst our events are held in The Ivy House's beaut
 iful Grade 2 listed ballroom\, this is a pub\, so there may be some backgr
 ound noise from adjoining bars\, although we and the pub management have d
 one our best to minimise this. However as this is a listed building there 
 are restrictions on what kinds of soundproofing can be done. We hope you u
 nderstand.* You are welcome to take photos\, but please do not do this in 
 a way which will disturb other members of the audience. For example\, plea
 se do not use flash or hold your phone above your head. Unfortunately anyb
 ody who persists in doing this after being asked not to may be asked to le
 ave.* Please do not take videos unless this has been cleared in advance by
  both ourselves and the artist/s concerned.* Please do not block the gangw
