We learn simple songs together\, including folk\, traditional\, spiri tual\, chant\, and we allow space for organic musical expression. We explo re how becoming more present and attuned to our bodies and with one anothe r can enhance our singing with more truthful expression\, love\, passion\, and a fuller spectrum of our humanness.

r\, we also focus on the quality of connection between us\, drawing closer
to what matters as we cultivate and nourish the ground of relationship fr
om which our singing arises.\n
