DESCRIPTION:ELZ presents\, BABESLAM: the open mic where the audience picks 
 a winner! Open micers will compete for the BABESLAM title. This can be poe
 try\, performance or comedy - as long as they stick to their time limit!\n
 \nHow it works: Based on a poetry slam format\, each performance will be s
 cored by 3 random members of the audience. The highest score wins\, and th
 e winning performer will headline the next slam. Expect laughs\, lager\, a
 nd lots and lots of words.\n\nHow do I get a slot? At every show we want t
 o give a platform to new voices\, first timers\, and those coming out of p
 erformance hibernation. You do not need any prior experience to sign up fo
