 This will be an unforgettable evening headlined by original powerhouse per
 formers. This inspiring event brings together local and national artists\,
  activists\, and community leaders to raise awareness\, fight stigma\, and
  support people living with HIV. Now more than ever\, the mission to empow
 er wellness is essential. Creating impactful pathways toward ending the HI
 V epidemic and supporting global efforts to combat HIV/AIDS remains at the
  heart of World AIDS Day. The World AIDS Day Concert stands as a beacon of
  hope—illuminating the ongoing fight and uniting our community in the ca
 mpaign to end the HIV epidemic. In the summer of 2025\, CAN Community Heal
 th proudly launched the Susan Terry Foundation\, established to support ou
 r Patient Assistance Fund and strengthen our national mission for equity i
 n healthcare. All financial proceeds from the World AIDS Day Concert will 
 benefit the Susan Terry Foundation\, expanding opportunities for those in 
 need through the Patient Assistance Fund. This fund provides critical supp
 ort to economically disadvantaged patients\, helping cover personal and me
 dical expenses during times of hardship. It ensures that those facing exte
 nuating circumstances receive the care and resources they need to thrive.
