 visceral\; these are a few words to describe Sugar Spine\, an up and comin
 g metallic hardcore band based in the Netherlands. Sugar Spine employs an 
 aggressive mix of hardcore\, metalcore and deathcore. The band swiftly mov
 es between metal styles\, hinting influences from bands such as Stick To Y
 our Guns\, Slipknot\, END\, Boundaries and more. The music furiously rages
  between brooding clean sequences\, ferocious two stepping and slamming br
 eakdowns that assault the listener without warning. Sugar Spine originally
  started as a solo project in 2021 by vocalist Josh Muncke\, with the firs
 t single Go Outside being written and produced in a 2-week hotel quarantin
 e in Sydney\, Australia. In June 2023\, the project became a live group\, 
 and in a very short time secured multiple appearances alongside internatio
