 ithin two designated parking spaces. Booth displays must fit within a 10' 
 x 10' space.All displays must be family-friendly. Decorations should be wh
 imsical\, humorous\, mischievous\, or lovable\, not frightening.Gruesome\,
  bloody\, excessively scary\, or otherwise inappropriate displays will be 
 disqualified.The City of Roseville reserves the right to disqualify any en
 try it considers distasteful or unsuitable for families.All participants m
 ust provide candy for trick-or-treaters.Setup and Take-Down: Setup may beg
 in at 2:00 p.m. on October 16\, and all decorating must be completed by 5:
 00 p.m. Take-down may begin immediately after the event\, but no earlier t
 han 7:00 p.m. All decorations\, vehicles\, and booths must be removed by t
