  Dééfait was born out of a collision: that of the Valero brothers (guita
 r/drums\, members of Pays P.)\, Enir Da (bass – Temir Alcy\, Dali Muru &
  the Polyphonic Swarm)\, Ric Lara (vocals) and Grégoire Couvert (guitar).
  A wave of noise where landmarks fade away and haunted incantations\, hamm
 ered percussion and layers of white noise become language. Carried by a so
 und spectrum where the shadows of krautrock\, noise\, proto-punk and dilap
 idated psychedelia intersect\, Dééfait is reminiscent of Nick Cave in hi
 s Birthday Party days on helium\, a distant echo of Damo Suzuki's CAN pass
 ing through a wall of amplifers. A debut EP was released on December the 1
 2th 2025 on the French label Ici\, d'ailleurs label (Zëro\, Chapelier Fou
 \, Mendelson\, Aho Ssan...) and a debut LP is expected for September 2026.
