 talian musician and film composer. He is active in the vibrant experimenta
 l music scene around Italy\, where he plays in the outsider rock groups Th
 e Lay Llamas and Orange Car Crash. For several years\, he has been publish
 ing and performing live with his solo electronic project Nicolas Gaunin\, 
 a playful cosmic mash‑up that draws on traditional African percussion pa
 tternsto create off‑kilter\, hypnotic grooves. Through collaborations wi
 th director Luca Zambolin and Elisa Strinna\, he expanded his practice int
 o film scoring\, composing soundtracks that merge experimentation and narr
