 ered throughout.Whether you're looking to unwind after a busy week\, recon
 nect with your body\, or spend time in LGBTQIA+ community\, these sessions
  offer a chance to slow down\, breathe\, and nurture your wellbeing withou
 t pressure or expectation. Who these classes are for: LGBTQIA+ people who
 ’ve felt excluded from\, or unsure about attending\, mainstream wellbein
 g classes.LGBTQIA+ people who are new to qigong or mindful movement\, or t
 hose with previous experience - everyone is welcome.LGBTQIA+ people who wa
 nt to turn up exactly as they are\, practice in community\, and be in a sp
 ace that celebrates each of our unique experiences and needs. Accessibilit
 y:Our teachers take a trauma-informed\, neuroaffirming approach\, and enco
 urage you to move in whatever way feels right for your body.You can partic
 ipate in these sessions either standing or sitting - chairs are provided\,
  and you're welcome to take breaks whenever you need to.The venue is wheel

 : Claudia Cahalane (she/they) is a qigong teacher and meditation coach wor
 king with LGBTQIA+ groups\, mental health groups\, businesses such as Brig
 hton College\, charities such as Kew Gardens Wakehurst\, Pride in Wellness
 \, and a range of wellbeing events and retreats. Claudia also leads weekly
  LGBTQIA+ community qigong classes online.Claudia trained as a qigong inst
 ructor 10 years ago at the Shiatsu College in London after finding they go
 t lots of benefits from the practice themselves. Claudia also runs mindful
  tea ceremony meditations and is a journalist/editor. She loves to bring a
  warm\, fun and simple style of movement practices to her classes\, ensuri
 ng they are accessible to as many people as possible. Please consider addi
