DESCRIPTION: \nMaking your own pasta is both easy and incredibly rewardin
 g. In this three-hour class\, we’ll cover the basics while creating thre
 e different types of pasta\, and each guest will take home a vacuum-sealed
  bag of each kind. Is it a class or meal prep? Honestly\, it’s a bit of 
 both! We’ll be using gluten-free flour and a manual pasta machine\, and 
 we’ll demonstrate rolling techniques—but if you have celiac disease\, 
 you’ll need to hand roll since we can’t guarantee no cross-contaminati
 on. Please let our coordinator know about any allergies or preferences bef
 ore the class.\n                                      
                     \nYou’ll leave with gnocchi\, ravioli\, a
 nd a classic long noodle—plus the confidence to make pasta from scratch 
 whenever the craving hits.  \n \n

 will be supplied.  So all you need to bring is your creative mind.  We
 ’ll have plenty of Gluten Free nibblies and snacks\, along with a select
 ion of curated cocktails and local beers to enjoy. Snack boards can be pur
 chased with your tickets\, and drinks cocktails will be available all nigh

  artists to connect\, collaborate\, and share their expertise\, building a
