This is the only campground that will b e in operation for the 2026 event.\n\nCAMPSITE WATER\n\nCampites 3 to 25 d o not have access to water. All other sites have access to both power and water.\n\nACCESSIBLE CAMPGROUNDS\n\nAccessible campgrounds are located clo sest to the campground amenities. To book an accessible campsite\, please contact Bathurst Regional Council Events Team at \;campgrounds@bathurs t.nsw.gov.au \;or call (02) 6333 6111.\n\nVOLUNTEER CAMPING\n\nIf you' re a volunteer at the event\, please contact the Volunteer Manager to orga nise your site.\n\nCAMPGROUND OPERATING TIMES\n\nCampgrounds open at 8am o n Wednesday 18 November 2026 and close at 8am Monday 23 November 2026.\nAc cess to the Campground will not be permitted before the specified opening time and patrons are to depart the Circuit by specified closing time.\n\nC HECK IN:\n\nCheck-in information will be communicated to campers closer to the event.\n\nPAYMENT OPTIONS &\; REFUNDS\n\nPowered sites will be sol d in the Officials Campground for $130 per site (booking &\; credit car d fees will apply).\nNo booking will be taken without payment. Payment can be made in the form of credit card and must be received before reservatio ns can be confirmed.\nCampground sites can only be booked and paid for onl ine.\n\nTICKETS\n\nThe event is free of charge therefore no Event tickets need to be purchased in addition to campsite tickets to gain entry to the campground. No vehicle passes are required to enter the circuit or campgro und.\n\nVEHICLES\n\nThe Officials Campground has a strict one vehicle\, or two motrcycles\, per site policy. Any additional vehicles must be housed in the dedicated car parking area. \;Vehicles parked on campsites not booked by the purchaser will be towed at the vehicle owner&rsquo\;s expens e.\nIf your vehicle and/or accommodation facilities exceed the campsite si ze you are required to purchase an additional site.\nUnregistered motorise d vehicles\, including race cars\, are prohibitied in the campground.\n\nP ROHIBITED ITEMS\n\nNO fireworks\, explosions or illegal substances (patron s maybe subject to search)\nNO couches and lounge chairs\nNO unregistered motorised wheeled devices\nNO glass bottles\nNO donuts\, burnouts or burni ng of vehicles\nNO animals (excluding companion animals)\nNO temporary pla tforms to be erected\nNO petrol canisters over 5 litres in capacity\nNO we apons\n\nREFUND POLICY\n\nCancellations received in writing (email) by 13 November 2026 will receive a full refund\, thereafter no refunds.\n\nGENER AL INFORMATION\n\nCamping is not permitted at the event anywhere other tha n the designated campground.\nTunnel access: The tunnel has a max height o f 3.1m. If your vehicle/caravan exceeds this height\, access to the campgr ound will need to be via Mountain Straight during a break in racing (Befor e racing begins\, during the lunch break\, or after racing has concluded f or the day). Race schedule can be accessed via the Challenge Bathurst webs ite. \;\nThere is no limitation on the number of people permitted on a campsite(s).\nThe fee to book a campsite is fixed\, regardless of the num ber of nights you stay.\nAlcohol is permitted as long as it is not in glas s bottles and does not leave the Campground (no wandering around the Circu it with alcohol nor into the Paddock).\nCampfires are permitted provided t here are no fire restrictions in place. Campfires must be contained at all times and stay within the boundary of the allocated campsite.\nThe Campgr ound has sufficient amenities (toilets and showers) for both male and fema le patrons.\nGeneral security is rostered at the Circuit 24 hours daily ho wever the Event takes no responsibility for camper&rsquo\;s belongings.\nR easonable and orderly behaviour is expected at all times.
