Deck Capacity and Access: For passenger safety and compliance with vessel capacity requireme nts\, the open-air sky deck is limited to a maximum of 90 passengers at an y one time. Onboard security will actively monitor and maintain this capac ity limit throughout the cruise. Once the sky deck reaches its maximum cap acity\, access will be temporarily restricted. Guests will then be permitt ed to move onto the sky deck on a one-person-up\, one-person-down basis as space becomes available. Access to the sky deck is shared among all guest s and cannot be reserved or guaranteed at any particular time\, including during the fireworks displays.
