 ing measures (including trans awareness & mental health first aid) Access 
 improvements to the venues A Trans Community Liaison for the venues Train 
 LGBTQ+ people into suitable roles such as SIA Subsidised or free use of th
 e venues' spaces for LGBTQ+ charities and community groups DOOR POLICY: Re
