DESCRIPTION:Stick and Puck are hockey development sessions where players ar
 e given an opportunity to work on their skills. These are open to players 
 of all ages\, and take place year round. Coaches are allowed to join their
  players on the ice for these sessions\, for one on one instruction\, or f
 or small group development. All players must wear full equipment\, and coa
 ches must wear at minimum a track suit\, gloves and a HECC approved helmet
 .Scrimmages/pick up hockey is not permitted at any Stick & Puck sessions\,
  as these are strictly for skill development. Space is limited to 20 parti
 cipants for all sessions\, so be sure to arrive early.ADMISSION$15.00 per
