 PEKING ENTE?</strong></p>\n<p>Einst eine Delikatesse am kaiserlichen Hof i
 n China\, ist die Peking Ente heute wohl eines der bekanntesten asiatische
 n Gerichte überhaupt. Die korrekt zubereitete Peking Ente zeichnet sich d
 urch die besonders dünne\, knusprige Haut und das wunderbar zarte Fleisch
  aus.</p>\n<p>Im Feuer geröstete Enten wurden in China schon vor vielen J
 ahrhunderten verspeist. Im Jahr 1330 fand das damals noch Shaoyazi (北京
 填鴨) genannte Gericht erstmals schriftliche Erwähnung in einem chinesi
 schen Rezeptbuch. Die Peking Ente in ihrer heutigen Form wurde zur Zeit de
 r Ming-Dynastie am kaiserlichen Hof entwickelt. Schon 1416 eröffnete das 
 erste Restaurant außerhalb der Verbotenen Stadt seine Pforten\, um Peking
  Ente an Normalsterbliche zu verkaufen.</p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp\; &nbsp\; &n

 sen mit Peking Ente besteht aus drei Gängen: Als Vorspeise wird die knusp
 rig-dünne Entenhaut mit Zucker und Knoblauchsoße serviert. Das zarte Ent
 enfleisch\, das in spezielle Pfannkuchen (Chun Bing –&nbsp\;春饼) gero
 llt und in Bohnensoße getunkt wird\, stellt das Hauptgericht dar. Dazu re
 icht man diverse Beilagen wie Frühlingszwiebeln\, Gurken\, Gemüse und Re
 is. Aus den Knochen und den Fett- und Fleischresten der Ente wird schließ
