DESCRIPTION:Welcome to accessible\, judgement free yoga for ravers and nigh
 tlife lovers. \n\nWhen was the last time you stretched before you went to 
 the club? What about after? Maybe you recently went out and danced all nig
 ht\, and the next morning you woke up with all these aches and pains and m
 uscle tightness. Our bodies are basically little machines. We need to take
  care of them if we want them to keep moving and dancing for a long time. 
 Techno Yoga was created as another place where you can stretch\, breathe a
 nd move your body with other ravers. Join Yaya and some of your fave local
  djs for a little yoga at the club!\n\nFAQs:\n\nWill you provide yoga mats
 ? \nI will provide yoga mats on a first come\, first serve basis. It’s r
 ecommended to bring your own yoga mat in case we run out.\n\nWhat if I’v
 e never done yoga? \nYou don’t have to be experienced with yoga at all! 
 All levels are welcome.\n\nIs there water?\nBring water or a refillable wa
 ter bottle! Staying hydrated is important.\n\nWhat if I’m running late?

  (She/They) is a Yoga Teacher\, Reiki Healer and Integrative Health Coach 
 based in Brooklyn NY. She teaches vinyasa flow style classes\, with a focu
 s on alignment and grounding postures. She has taught Yoga in multiple mus
 ic venues throughout Brooklyn including Nowadays\, Magick City\, Trans Pec

 imited to four tickets maximum per person. If tickets are sold out here\, 
 we always hold a good amount at the door. We will do our best to admit tho
 se without tickets but entrance is not guaranteed.\n\nViolence\, non-conse
 nsual touching\, racist\, homophobic\, transphobic\, sexist\, ageist or ot
 her discriminatory language\, and leering are not allowed within our walls
  or in our back yard. If someone says or does something to make you feel u

 \nThe wheelchair entrance to our indoor space is in the driveway\, which i
 s the access point most commonly used to enter Nowadays. During parties th
 e driveway gate is locked\, so please ask staff at the street entrance for
  assistance with entry.\n\nAll of our bathrooms are gender-neutral. There 
 is one accessible stall indoors. Just ask any Nowadays staff member for th
 e key\, and they can show you the way. During parties\, seating is availab
 le both on and off the dance floor. While we don’t have a dedicated quie
 t space indoors during parties\, the booths next to coat check are a littl
 e quieter\, and the deck and back yard a little quieter than that. Most ni
 ghttime parties include the use of strobe lights and water based haze.\n\n
