 n by Manana//Cuba\, bringing together the fractured rhythms and full frequ
 ency soundscapes of London based live electronic artist Xterea\, paired wi
 th Cuban percussionist of the the eastern 'Oriente' Randy Lester\, cello/e
 ffects by Life is Beautiful improviser Abi Asisa\, and drums/live electron
 ics by Pike.\n\nABI ASISA electroacoustic cellist who is part of the Life 
 Is Beautiful collective where she has worked with artists like Bianca Scou
 t\, ML Buch\, Astrid Sonne and Coby Sey.\n\nRandy Lester is Cuban percussi
 onist specialising in Haitian influences of far eastern Cuba (Oriente)\, i
 ncluding traditions like tumba francesa and gagá.\n\nPike - An active par
 ticipant in London’s underground music circuit\, Pike has developed a un
 ique rhythmic fingerprint indebted as much to UK bass music as to rock\, d
 ub and avant-garde electronics. He has collaborated with artists like Spac
 e Afrika\, Charlie Osborne\, Covco\, The Fertile Crescent\, Tiberius B - w
 ith releases on 12th Isle\, Slow Dance and many others.\n\nXterea- Operati
 ng out of London\, Xterea crafts raw soundscapes that meet gritty fracture
 d rhythms. Recent works include “I’ll Call You Later\,” “Headcase
 \,” and “Guardian of Zeus” on 5 GATE TEMPLE\, as well as “Like the
  Shadows Before Babylon” on Mindseye Records and self released “The Gh
 ost of X.” His live performances unfold as immersive sonic rituals — f
 ull-frequency incursions that challenge perception and expand the edges of
  his sound.\n\nManana launched as a two week residency and festival in Cub
 a which created a space for electronic and afro-cuban artists to explore n
 ew musical ground. Based in Santiago de Cuba\, the festival explored the l
 esser known musical roots found in the east of the island. New residencies
  and commissions with artists like Space Afrika\, Yussef Dayes and Pouya E
 hsaei\, led to Barbican takeovers\, club nights and touring international
