 nyone who isn't following the rules to leave the lounge. No refunds will b
 e issued.Sessions begin at the top of the hour and run for 50 minutes. Tic
 ket holders may enter at any time during the session but the session ends 
 10 minutes before the next hour regardless of time of entry. We can not co
 mpensate for time missed if you are late for your session.🧦SOCKS REQUIR
 EDShoes and bare feet are not permitted. Socks and shoe covers are availab
 le for purchase if needed.👧🏻CHILDRENChildren must be at least 5 to e
 nter the cat lounge. 1 ticket holding adult must be present inside the lou
 nge for every 3 children between the ages of 5-18 years of age.🎟️TICK
 ETSEach person in your group must have their own ticket. Please ensure all
  tickets are for the correct date and time\, the lounge has space for a ma
 ximum of 10 guests per session. This number can not be exceeded.🗓️ RE
 SCHEDULING AND REFUNDSYou can request a refund for tickets up to 48 hours 
 prior to your reservation or reschedule your tickets up to 12 hours before
  your reservation. After these windows have passed we are unable to refund
  or reschedule your tickets. If you do miss your session the good news is 
 that ticket purchases are a tax deductible donation to our non-profit!🐈
