DESCRIPTION:This workshop series will enable you to learn some skills and t
 ools so that you can explore connecting with yourself and others through t
 antric touch and massage. We will integrate tantric philosophy\, shiatsu\,
  acupressure\, reiki and oil massage. Each workshop explores something dif
 ferent. After arriving and settling with a grounding practice and short me
 ditation\, we will lay out boundaries and agreements to ensure a safe and 
 heart-centred space. We will then be ready to climb down deeper into our b
 odies\, opening up\, stretching and awakening lifeforce with do-in\, qi go
 ng and other movement practices. We'll then move into sensual connection w
 ith each other through gentle and thoughtful exercises\, an undressing rit
 ual and some simple bodywork and massage. Tantra is Empowerment. Tantra is
  Healing. Tantra is Growth. Tantra is Freedom. Tantra is Truth. Tantra is 
 Transformation. Tantra is Realising Self. Please note that nudity is invol
 ved in some of the workshop. This workshop is for you if:- You are curious
  about understanding more about the essence of Tantra- You want to feel mo
 re connected to your body and with others through touch and massage- You a
 re working on healing from negative experiences regarding your sexuality- 
 You want to become more mindful and more present- You are looking to break
  out of patterns that no longer serve you- You want more intimacy- You are
  interested in working with energy - You are interested in better sex\, wi
 th yourself and with others - You want to integrate sexuality with spiritu
 alityPlease note that as a group\, we commit to holding a safe\, boundarie
 d\, inclusive and respectful space. You need to be able to sit\, kneel and
  move around in ease and comfort on the floor. FAQs (frequently asked ques
 tions)– Are there showers available at the venue? No and so please come 
 correct and clean to class– I am shy and uncomfortable about being naked
  in a group. We completely understand this and can assure you that we hold
  a safe\, friendly\, inclusive and body-positive space. Any initial nervou
 sness\, apprehension\, shyness is normal and welcome and temporary and you
  will soon relax– Are trans men welcome? Yes this class is for anyone wh
 o identifies as a man – I'm afraid I'll get an erection. It is normal if
  this happens and it is also normal if it does not. Either way\, it is not
  an issue\, we just allow the experience of the body without shame or judg
 ement. – Do I need to bring a mat? There are spare mats but you might pr
 efer to bring your own. Please also bring a towel and a bottle of water. 
 – What is the cancellation policy? If you are unable to make a class\, p
 lease give a week's notice to get a full refund and 24 hours notice to obt
 ain a credit for a future class. We regret we cannot offer a refund or cre
 dit within 24 hours of the class but you can try and resell your ticket vi
