 \nYes\, this is a standing show with admission to the ground floor and bal
 cony areas of the venue. There is limited unreserved seating at the back o
 f the balcony. The venue will be filled on a first come first served basis
  starting from the ground floor and then up to the balcony so arrive early
  to maximise your chance of getting the space in the venue you require.\n
 \n***Who needs a ticket?***\n\nEveryone who is attending the event (with t
 he exception of those entitled to a carer companion ticket) will need a ti
 cket to enter.\n\n***Can we bring our own food?***\n\nHot dogs\, vegan hot
  dogs\, nachos\, and sweet treats are available. Externally bought food or
  drink is not allowed at this event.\n\n***Does my teenager need to be acc
 ompanied?***\n\nEveryone who is under the age of 18 needs to be accompanie
 d by a responsible adult over the age of 18.\n\n***Is this event suitable 
 for my noise-sensitive/light-sensitive child?***\n\nYou know your child be
 tter than we do\, but we do ask you to consider that these are loud events
  with special effects and flashing lights before purchasing tickets. If yo
 u think your child will enjoy the event but they are noise-sensitive\, we 
 would recommend bringing ear defenders with you for your child to wear.\n

 per show to provide access patrons with a free ticket for a Personal Assis
 tant (PA) or carer/companion when purchasing a full price ticket. These wi
 ll be distributed on a first-come\, first-served basis. If all 10 free tic
 kets are claimed we will not be able to issue any more.\n\nIf you require 
 a PA ticket\, please first purchase a ticket from Skiddle. Please then ema
 il your proof of purchase\, proof of eligibility documentation (access car
 d\, blue badge etc.)\, and your contact number along with your access requ
 irements to access@claphamgrand.com. We will then be able to issue you a f
 ree ticket subject to availability.\n\nIf you have any other access requir

 \nPlease note that the area set aside for access patrons and their compani
 ons is limited in space\, so anyone else in your group other than the acce
 ss patron and companion will be located elsewhere in the venue.\n\nThis is
  a standing show. We will not be able to facilitate seating on the day of 
 the show for anyone who has not contacted us in advance. Some unallocated 
 seats are available on the balcony level\, which cannot be reserved but ar
 e there if you want to sit down.\n\nBe aware\, however\, that this is a st
 anding show and your view may be impeded by guests standing in front of yo
 u. The balcony level is up 3 flights of stairs.\n\nOn the day we will be a
 ble to facilitate priority entry for any ticket holders with a Nimbus card
  or sunflower lanyard. We will not be able to facilitate any other access 
 requirements on the day if we haven’t been made aware of them in advance
