 ruce Foxton was the bass guitarist on every recording The Jam ever made. H
 e was also lead vocalist and songwriter on songs such as 'News of the Worl
 d' (which is the theme tune to BBC's 'Mock The Week' TV show)\, 'Smithers-
 Jones'\, 'Carnaby Street' and more.\n\nIn 2027\, Bruce Foxton will be cele
 brating 50 years of The Jam along with his band Mark Brzezicki (Big Countr
 y)\, Andrew Fairclough (Secret Affair) and Craig Joiner (Romeo's Daughter)
  along with very special guests. The tour ends in Brighton in December 202
 7 45 years after the last ever concerts by The Jam in Brighton in 1982.\n
