 health. World Spine Day 2026\, awareness events will kick off in Durban on

 g for you. Starting at 8am from Masabalala Yengwa Avenue\, outside King’
 s Park Athletics Stadium\, join the Chiropractic Association of South Afri
 ca (CASA) for a fun-filled morning. This will not be a timed event\, howev
 er the cut-off time for finishing will be 9:30am Entrants will receive a g
 enerous goodie bag and the first 400 entries will get a free t-shirt to co
 mmemorate the day. Event packs will be collected on the 10th October 2026 
 from 9am to 3pm @ beach hotel\, 107 OR Tambo Marine Parade\, Don’t miss
