 te! Venues are joining forces with local hip-hop crews\, punk bands\, pop 
 & folk artists\, DJs\, community leaders\, comedians\, rabble-rousers & lo
 cal legends to help create a whole lot of events! The kaupapa is simple: p
 rovide enrolment support + a great event\, to encourage youth participatio
 n. By making enrolment easy\, visable & accessible\, independent music ven
 ues are uniting in support of rangatahi/young adults getting enrolled to v
 ote\, ready for the upcoming general election (just around the corner)! JO
 IN US here in Wairau / Marlborough at Seymour Square this Oketopa/October 
 9th for an incredible line up\, all in the name of reminding/encouraging t
 he good folk of Wairau / Marlborough(particularly the young adults) to enr
 ol\, to vote in this years general election. Join a wonderful line up of l
 ocal artists (all gifting their sets) for an evening of top notch tunes. F
 ree Entry ROCK’EN’ROL is a collective of Independent Music Venues\, ac

 e! There will be a friendly\, non-partisan support crew to talk to. NOTE: 
 New voter restrictions means voters must be enrolled - and have updated th
 eir address (if they’ve moved) - by midnight on Sunday 25 October!!! Peo
 ple will no longer be able to enrol at a voting place/on the day\, nor can
  folks enrol during the fortnight leading up to election day. Events will 
 be held throughout Hepetema/September & Oketopa/October across the Motu. E
 lection Day is Saturday 7 November. If you enrol by midnight on Sunday 4 O
 ctober you’ll be sent an EasyVote card\, making voting faster & easier. 
 High recommend. Events will be held throughout September and October 2026
