 ong in 1980 and soon found himself at the centre of one of Australia’s m
 ost influential musical stories. As the frontman and principal songwriter 
 of Hunters & Collectors \, he helped create songs that still resonate gene
 rations later\, including Talking to a Stranger \, Throw Your Arms Around 
 Me \, The Holy Grail \, The Slab and Westgate . But Seymour’s story has 
 never followed a straight line. Across 18 years with Hunters & Collectors 
 and 27 years as a solo artist\, his music has constantly evolved\, moving 
 between raw rock\, intimate acoustic songwriting and everything in between
 . Through it all\, the process has remained remarkably simple: an acoustic
  guitar\, a recording device\, a few words and a story about the people\, 
 places and moments that shape a life. That honesty is at the heart of Seym
 our’s live shows. Whether performing with his four-piece band The Undert
