 \n\nYes\, this is a standing show with admission to the ground floor and b
 alcony areas of the venue. There is limited unreserved seating at the back
  of the balcony. The venue will be filled on a first come first served bas
 is starting from the ground floor and then up to the balcony so arrive ear
 ly to maximise your chance of getting the space in the venue you require.
 \n\n***Who needs a ticket?***\n\nEveryone who is attending the event (with
  the exception of those entitled to a carer companion ticket) will need a 
 ticket to enter.\n\n***Can we bring our own food?***\n\nHot dogs\, vegan h
 ot dogs\, nachos\, and sweet treats are available. Externally bought food 
 or drink is not allowed at this event.\n\n***Does my teenager need to be a
 ccompanied?***\n\nEveryone who is under the age of 18 needs to be accompan
 ied by a responsible adult over the age of 18.\n\n***Is this event suitabl
 e for my noise-sensitive/light-sensitive child?***\n\nYou know your child 
 better than we do\, but we do ask you to consider that these are loud even
 ts with special effects and flashing lights before purchasing tickets. If 
 you think your child will enjoy the event but they are noise-sensitive\, w
 e would recommend bringing ear defenders with you for your child to wear.

 t to ensure that The Clapham Grand is a place for all. Please see below fo

 ements and how to claim a companion ticket.\n\nWe have 10 tickets availabl
 e per show to provide access patrons with a free ticket for a Personal Ass
 istant (PA) or carer/companion when purchasing a full price ticket. These 
 will be distributed on a first-come\, first-served basis. If all 10 free t
 ickets are claimed we will not be able to issue any more.\n\nIf you requir
 e a PA ticket\, please first purchase a ticket from Skiddle. Please then e
 mail your proof of purchase\, proof of eligibility documentation (access c
 ard\, blue badge etc.)\, and your contact number along with your access re
 quirements to access@claphamgrand.com. We will then be able to issue you a
  free ticket subject to availability.\n\nIf you have any other access requ
 irements please contact us on access@claphamgrand.com in advance of the sh
 ow & we will do our best to accommodate you. For general info on access at

 \n\nPlease note that the area set aside for access patrons and their compa
 nions is limited in space\, so anyone else in your group other than the ac
 cess patron and companion will be located elsewhere in the venue.\n\nThis 
 is a standing show. We will not be able to facilitate seating on the day o
 f the show for anyone who has not contacted us in advance. Some unallocate
 d seats are available on the balcony level\, which cannot be reserved but 
 are there if you want to sit down.\n\nBe aware\, however\, that this is a 
 standing show and your view may be impeded by guests standing in front of 
 you. The balcony level is up 3 flights of stairs.\n\nOn the day we will be
  able to facilitate priority entry for any ticket holders with a Nimbus ca
 rd or sunflower lanyard. We will not be able to facilitate any other acces
 s requirements on the day if we haven’t been made aware of them in advan
